Sometimes the teeth are not aligned properly and this can lead to unusual wear patterns in the teeth. At Centre Street Dental, our Invisalign Go system may be able to be used to realign the teeth prior to reshaping and restoring the teeth with bonding or porcelain veneers. If the wear is severe, then more extensive reconstructive work may be necessary.

When Same-Day Implants Could Be an Option
To determine whether an extraction and implant are possible on the same day, you must have the following:
- Healthy jawbone — You need sufficient jawbone density to support the implant.
- No infections — Your mouth must be free from any type of infection.
- Good overall health — Your overall health should be good, decreasing the chance of complications.
- A clean extraction site — Your tooth socket should be undamaged so an implant can be placed successfully.
